All services are fully operational again. The connectivity issue affecting our Core Router has been resolved, and we have confirmed that all systems are responding normally. Following the network adjustments (MTU/packet size), the new resilient DNS resolver with caching, and the increased capacity for concurrent requests, we have monitored the platform and observed stable performance across all services. A connectivity issue in our hosting provider's network caused larger data packets to be dropped in transit (an MTU issue). As a result, requests could only be answered partially or with delay. This was amplified by temporarily disrupted DNS name resolution and by server capacity for concurrent requests that was set too low. Resolution We adjusted the network parameters (packet size/MTU) so that data packets are transmitted reliably again. We set up a dedicated, resilient DNS resolver with caching, and increased the capacity for concurrent requests. We apologize for the inconvenience. No data was lost.
